Accessibility
We strive to host our events at accessible venues. Guests with a disability card (50% or higher) are welcome to use priority entry and skip the queue, please present your ID to the door staff upon your arrival. Additionally, if your card includes the “B” mark, one accompanying assistant may enter with you free of charge.

Awareness & Safety
An awareness team will be on-site throughout the event. Please reach out to them if you feel unwell, uncomfortable, or threatened at any point. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. We believe in a culture of consent: only an enthusiastic yes means yes. Please look out for one another and help keep the dance floor a safe space for everyone.

Photos
We have a no-photos policy on the dance floor to protect the vibe and your privacy. Please adhere to the policy during the event. Professional photographers or videographers may be present, if you feel uncomfortable, please let them know and they will ensure you are not filmed or photographed.

Refunds
All tickets for deep method parties are sold via Resident Advisor, please refer to their platform for any refund requests.

Door
We have an open door policy on our events, and will only turn away people who we judge to be aggressive and/or dangerous to other ravers at the events.
